Justin Tejomaya has spent 25 years working in construction—building, repairing, estimating, coordinating trades, and managing projects from first walkthrough through closeout.
He started House on the Hill Construction in 2014 to bring those pieces together around a simple idea: clients deserve good work and a clear understanding of how that work will happen.
That hands-on background matters most when a project gets complicated. Older homes, hidden conditions, accessibility needs, unfinished work, and changing priorities all require practical judgment—not a canned process.
